I've heard that for many years there was a great seminar taught at Oxford on the "Foundations of the Common Law."  I'm wondering if anyone on the list attended the seminar or has a syllabus for it or a course modeled on it.  I am thinking of putting together a proposal to teach such a seminar and I am looking for models.  Any help that you can offer would be much appreciated.  Feel free to reply off list.  Thanks!
